- Evaluate our patient’s condition and activities of daily living (ADL) needs
- Develop treatment plans for our patients, identify specific goals and the types of activities that will be used to help our patients work toward those goals
- Evaluate our patient’s home or workplace to identify potential improvements on the basis of our patient’s health needs
- Educate our patient’s family and employer about how to accommodate and care for our patients
- Recommend special equipment, such as wheelchairs and eating aids, and instruct our patients on how to use that equipment
- Track our patients’ goals and progress
